Instrument Introduction:
The nitrite rapid detection instrument in food is an integrated food safety detection and analysis equipment that can quickly detect the nitrite content in meat, canned meat, smoked meat, sausages, dairy products, pickles, pickled vegetables, etc; This instrument is based on GB5009.33-2010 "Determination of Nitrite and Nitrate in Food". Nitrite in food is extracted and reacts with detection reagents to generate colored compounds. Its absorbance is then measured using a nitrite detector, and within a certain range, the absorbance is directly proportional to the content. By testing, it can be determined whether the food meets national standards or whether it is toxic beyond the standard. The instrument reserves other project detection programs and ports, and can easily add detection items according to future needs. In the future, it can be upgraded to a comprehensive type of instrument for detecting aquatic and noodle products.

Widely used in catering inspection, food and drug administration, health departments, meat product deep processing enterprises, shopping malls and supermarkets, quality supervision and inspection, industrial and commercial management, fried food production bases, major food safety monitoring systems, and other units.
Function Introduction:

Operation steps:
1. Sample pretreatment:
① Weigh 0.5g (0.5ml) of ground sample into a test tube, add purified water to the 25ml mark;
② Ultrasound extraction for 5 minutes, filter for backup. (If the color is darker, 0.5g of activated carbon can be added, heated in a 60 ℃ water bath for 10 minutes, and then filtered while hot)
2. Control sample testing
① Take 3mL of sample solution and add 0.5mL of purified water;
② After shaking well, transfer 2.5ml into a colorimetric dish;
③ Place the colorimetric dish in the designated channel and press "Control measurement"
3. Sample testing
① Take 3mL of sample detection solution and add 0.5mL of nitrite detection solution;
② Leave at room temperature (25 ± 5 ℃) for 10 minutes;
③ Transfer 2.5ml into a colorimetric dish;
④ Place the colorimetric dish in the designated channel and press "Sample Measurement"
