1、 Introduction:

Our company has independently developed a new type of instrument, YT-HQC05 sample pre-treatment all-in-one machine, in response to the actual needs of domestic users. The sample pre-treatment all-in-one machine integrates the equipment required for sample concentration, centrifugation and layering, homogenization, oscillation and mixing, water bath and other steps in the sample pre-treatment process. Only one device is needed to complete all sample pre-treatment processes, and it is convenient to carry. It is not only suitable for on-site detection, but also for purification and preparation of analytical samples such as chromatography and mass spectrometry.

2、 Product features:

Small size, easy to carry, suitable for on-site operations

Heating rapidly to quickly heat the sample to the set temperature

The heating part of the instrument uses special materials to perform insulation operations on the heat treatment

The instrument is equipped with an air pump, which allows the sample to be dried without the need for an external gas cylinder

The air box is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, with a height that can be lifted and lowered with just one click. It is suitable for centrifuge tubes of different heights and can be adjusted according to the height of the solvent page

Adopting high-precision temperature control technology, it has automatic fault detection, self-tuning function, and alarm function

Built in over temperature protection device

After reaching the set temperature, timing begins

Real time temperature display, with adjustable temperature, wind speed, and time

Built in cooling system for fast temperature conversion

Controlled by a microcomputer and driven by a brushless DC motor, it runs smoothly and peacefully.

Automatic calculation and setting of centrifugal force RCF value, dedicated RCF key, can be observed at any time

The fault self diagnosis system detects faults such as overspeed and speed loss during operation, and immediately slows down and shuts down to improve the safety performance of the instrument

L can be used for experiments with uniform test tubes and colorimetric tubes, solving the problem that mixers cannot solve

4、 Standard configuration:

One sample pre-treatment integrated machine, one bracket with air holes, one homogenizing cup, one instruction manual, one product qualification certificate, one power cord, and one transparent centrifuge cover

5、Temperature setting instructions:

With the circuit connected, press the heating button and the instrument panel will light up

If you press and hold the setting button, you will enter the temperature setting state,

The temperature display character starts flashing, indicating that the instrument has entered the set state; At this point, press the "▽" setting value to decrease and the "△" setting value to increase. Hold down the "△" or "▽" key to quickly increase or decrease the number. When the set value is reached, press the SET button again, and the instrument will return to normal working state. After the temperature setting is completed, heating work will begin, and the indicator light in the upper left corner of the temperature display will light up. The temperature displays the current temperature value. When the set temperature is reached, it enters a constant temperature state, and the indicator light in the upper left corner of the constant temperature display goes out.

6、 Centrifuge setting instructions:

When the circuit is connected, the instrument panel lights up, and the left row of 4-digit digital tubes displays the speed, while the right row of 2-digit digital tubes displays the time.

Press the "▲" and "▼" keys on the left to set the desired centrifugal sample speed parameters.

Press the "▲" and "▼" keys on the right to set the required time parameters for centrifuging the sample.

Press the "Start" button, and the entire machine will run. If you need to stop the machine midway, please press the stop button. The machine will automatically shut down after running for the set time

7、 Operating instructions:

Open the portable suitcase, check if the instrument is in good condition, and connect the power.

Set the temperature, time, and speed according to the manual.

Press the corresponding function key according to the desired function.

8、 Precautions:

If the real-time temperature continues to rise and exceeds the set temperature by 20 ℃ during the operation, please turn off the power in a timely manner. This is an abnormal phenomenon, please communicate with the manufacturer at this time.

After the experimental operation is completed, it is recommended not to immediately turn off the power, keep the cooling fan of the chassis working, and wait for the real-time temperature to drop to 40 ℃ or close to room temperature before turning off the instrument power.

This sample pre-treatment all-in-one machine is a portable device and is not suitable for long-term high-temperature heating. After continuous heating for about 2 hours, it should be kept in an energized and non heated state for about 15-20 minutes. After timely cooling, it can continue to be used, which can greatly improve the service life of the instrument;

During the operation of the instrument, do not block the heat dissipation holes on the panel to prevent the internal temperature of the instrument from being too high and affecting its service life;

When taking and placing test tubes, the bracket should be adjusted to the maximum height and avoid spilling liquid from the test tube onto the chassis;

After the experiment is completed, the sample should be taken away in a timely manner to avoid spillage caused by moving the instrument, which may cause unnecessary trouble and hidden dangers; Before closing the instrument cover, it should be lowered directly to the lowest point;

This instrument contains high-temperature and high-voltage circuits. Please do not open the case without authorization to avoid danger;

Non professionals should not attempt to disassemble the chassis for repair without permission, in order to avoid accidents. Any damage caused by this is not covered by the warranty.

The warranty period of this instrument is 1 year.
