Soil aggregate analyzer

Instrument performance introduction:

Our factory has collaborated with relevant research units of Beijing universities and the Chinese Academy of Sciences to develop the YT-TRTL soil aggregate analyzer for experimental and teaching research. Our analyzer adopts a horizontal frequency modulation motor produced by Taiwanese technology; Has stable performance and low failure rate. The special advantage is that this machine has no noise and can be adjusted for speed; Timing performance. This machine is also equipped with a US-52 speed controller, which ensures smooth up and down speeds and convenient and fast speed regulation. The user only needs to turn the speed control button to the 70 position, and screen the up and down speed thirty times per minute. If it is adjusted to the lowest point once per minute, and when it is adjusted to the highest point, the up and down speed is 40 times per minute, which is not enough to conceal the user's requirements for different experiments. This machine is also equipped with a 1-60 minute timer, allowing users to freely control the experimental time according to the requirements, and it will automatically shut down when the set time is reached.

Usage:

The YT-TRTL soil aggregate analyzer can separate standard sized soil particles without affecting soil structure. This instrument contains 5 standard sieves with apertures (5.0mm, 2.0mm, 1.0mm, 0.5mm, 0.25mm) for separation. The sieves are shaken up and down in water, and finally 5 different particle sizes of agglomerates are separated from the soil. Four samples can be analyzed simultaneously. (Note: The 5mm sieve can be replaced with a 0.106mm sieve according to user needs)

Application:

The soil aggregate structure plays an important role in soil fertility. A good particle structure should generally have three properties: having a certain size, and being too large or too small is not conducive to forming an appropriate proportion of voids: having multi-level voids, large voids can be ventilated and permeable, and small voids can retain water and fertilizer; Has certain stability, including water stability, mechanical stability, and biological stability. The foundation of good granular structural fertility, the relationship between granular structure and soil fertility mainly manifests in the following aspects: regulating the contradiction between soil moisture and air; Coordinate the contradiction between the consumption and accumulation of soil nutrients; Stable soil temperature; Improving soil tillage is beneficial for the extension of crop roots.

Equipment configuration:

1) The shaking rack can hold four sets of sieves, with a movement distance of 4 centimeters up and down, and an oscillation speed of 30 times per minute.

2) Four buckets, 31.5 centimeters high and 18 centimeters in diameter, made of stainless steel.
