The characteristics of PID principle: The basic principle of PID is to use the ultraviolet (VUV) generated by the vacuum discharge phenomenon of inert gas to ionize the gas molecules to be tested, and measure the current intensity generated by the ionized gas to obtain the concentration of the gas to be tested. The PID sensor is mainly composed of a UV lamp light source and an ion chamber, with positive and negative electrodes in the ion chamber, forming an electric field, Under the excitation of high-energy ultraviolet light sources, organic volatile molecules generate negative electrons and positive ions. These ionized particles form a current between the electrodes, which is amplified and processed by the detector to output a current signal, ultimately detecting concentrations at the ppm level.
◆ Pre processing unit and post processing unit: The pre processing unit performs preliminary processing on the extracted samples to make them suitable for transmission, shorten the transmission delay of the samples, and reduce the burden on the processing unit, such as pressure reduction, cooling, dust removal, etc. The post-processing unit further processes and regulates the sample, such as adjusting temperature, pressure, and flow rate, filtering, dehumidifying, removing harmful substances, and ensuring safe pressure relief and flow limiting.

Installation plan for organized emissions of fixed source VOCs
1. Install a VOCs online monitoring alarm device at the emission port, which can be plugged into a 3G/4G phone card or connected to a corporate computer via USB interface to transmit real-time data to the cloud or computer.
2. The data on the computer side retains the exploitable data port protocol, and only the environmental protection bureau provides the platform port. After the protocols are connected to each other, they can be connected to the environmental protection bureau platform.
Unorganized VOCs installation plan:
1. The VOCs alarm is connected to the RS485 input line of the alarm control host through a tree shaped wiring method, transmitting data to the host.
2. The alarm control host can be equipped with a 3G/4G telephone card, and can also be connected to the enterprise LAN through a network cable to transmit real-time data from the instrument to the cloud.
3. The data on the computer side retains the data port protocol that can be developed, and only needs to be provided by the Environmental Protection Bureau
