Working principle:

The circular halogen lamp ensures uniform heating of the sample, making it easy to operate and accurate in measurement. The halogen moisture meter measures the weight of the sample while using a ring tube halogen heating method to quickly dry the sample. During the drying process, the moisture meter continuously measures and immediately displays the lost moisture content% of the sample. After the drying program is completed, the final measured moisture content value is locked and displayed. Compared with the international oven heating method, halogen heating can uniformly and quickly dry the sample at high temperatures, and the surface of the sample is not easily damaged. Its detection results are consistent with the national standard oven method, have good substitutability, and the detection efficiency is much higher than the oven method. Intelligent operation, usually the sample can be determined in just a few minutes. The instrument is easy to operate and accurate in testing. The display part adopts a LCD screen - making the screen clearer and brighter, with clear and visible readings. It can display moisture values, sample initial and final values, measurement time, temperature initial and final values, and other data. It also has the function of connecting with computers and printers, and can output printing data in accordance with GLP specifications.
